We are new to the area and have used Jim's twice. Both times we had very positive experiences from the ladies at the front desk to all other aspects of the service. And the service was thorough, professional and fair.

I have been bringing in the Camry most of the time lately and have been very happy with service and prices. Phil usually comes out and talks to me after the service with feedback on what was done and why and what might be coming up. I don't feel that anyone is "talking down" at me as a woman in some other garages!We have also been bringing the Highlander to Jim's after warranty ran out at dealer (Joseph). I am much happier with Jim's service at this point.Thanks again,Mary Ann

Hello, Jim's Car clinic, This is to let you know that I arrived safely without a hint of a problem. I must tell that both of us were impressed,1st. by the idea of a C-a-a-a-r clinic?. 2nd. the Customer service was excellent because you even took trouble to provide Rd. assistance contact number in case I need it. 3rd.
