I find the staff to be very professional. It was suprising and refreshing to receive such warm,welcoming, and knowledgeable assistance. The first time I took my car to see them, they over-quoted my estimate. So when I came to pay,my total payment was $300 less then what I had been quoted. As a single female, I am always worried about being over-charged. However,Jim's is a reputable and honest company. They realized my car did not need all the repairs they thought, they acknowledged the mistake, and refused to let me pay for the extra labor. Impressive!

As always, my recent trip to Jim's Auto was prompt, efficient and thorough. I have been having my car(s) serviced here since 1985 (if I counted right, that's going on 30 yrs) and I won't trust it to anyone else, because Mark, the owner, is honest and knowledgeable and will never advise work that is not necessary. Staff are friendly and efficient. Can't be beat!In all these years my cars have never had any problems due to inefficient service. It's great to know that I will always get service I can trust.

I have been a customer at Jim's Auto the past two years and have been extremely satisfied. They are very thorough in their preventive maintenance inspections and have always given me an honest opinion on what maintenance is necessary.

As usual, I got great service! Everyone I saw or talked to was very friendly. I went to Jim's to have my oil changed and get car "winterized" for upcoming winter. After car was evaluated, I was told what needed to be done and an estimated cost. I like that they only fix what really needs to be fixed. I was asked if my car was still under warranty because my water pump needed to be replaced. It was. They suggested that I go to dealer and have it repaired. I like that Jim's checks your warranty for covered repairs. Talk about integrity and excellent customer service! They also gave me a ride home!

I always have a great experience when I go to Jim's Auto Clinic. They are very honest and I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of like I did at Michael Tire. Thank you for taking good care of my car.
