A week after my car service appointment, I experienced low tire pressure due to a nail. John and the staff were prompt to schedule me that day since I was leaving out of town for a 900 mile trip the next day. The leak was quickly patched and John provided assurances that all would be well. And, he was right! The service, courteous attention, and friendly atmosphere are amazing!

I recommended somebody from Hamilton to your shop on 5-13(Tuesday). I think they had a leak in their crankcase. I think you should advertised more to senior citizens.

Phil: 1) The fuse box cover in the motor area was just laying on top of the fuse box, which I assume you had to get in to to stop that stupid alarm when one of your guys accidently lock the car with the keys in it. No biggie, I clipped it back into place...thank goodness I caught it before I had one of my daughters take it to the Car Wash. 2). The oil dipstick was not properly seated -- pushed in but not to where the seal part, kinda just hanging there at the tip of the seal part -- I took care of it. 3) The washer on the inside of the plastic engine coolant container is degraded, I'll stop by some day and see if you have a replacement -- maybe that's why it (temp. gauge on console) shows it getting so hot so quick --- or maybe it's the thermostat that I wanted replaced which you apparently didn't get my phone message I left the evening I left my car with you. When I get out again, I'll stop by. NOTE: Everything else seems to be in order and I appreciate your replacing the warranted b
