My Honda was at Jim's Auto Clinic once a week for three weeks. My car was fixed each time for a different problem. I appreciate the good service and prompt service. I was unhappy that we (Jim and I) did not have a coupon to use for the bill. The following day I received a coupon in the Reach Magazine (I think). I would have thought because we had a car in the shop three times in three weeks that we would have been offered a discount for the third week our car was repaired. I am sorry to complain about this. I know there are coupons available but I did not have one. No discount was offered after having our car repaired and spending around $1,000 for the 3 occasions the car was repaired. John was very helpful. I just bought a new car and only looked at cars they service at Jim's. They kept my last several cars running for 15 years apiece. I have always been very happy with their service and I have recommended them many times.
