I've been a JAC customer for 34 years. Always felt like the guys and gals there were looking out for me.Enjoy 'visitin' with Mark,Janet, Sherri and John jokin with them and giving them as much grief as I can! Great service with immediate communication regarding pricing and work needed. As well, I appreciated the free use of a car while my car was being serviced.

I've wasted 2 or more hours at places that don't accept appts. for oil changes. At Jim's I called on Fri. a.m. and was given a 2:00 appt. My car was taken in right at 2:00 and was finished by 2:30. I was treated cordially and will definitely be back!!

fast friendly service with honest feedback on other issues, such as belts, fluids, brakes, etc with no pressure for side jobs.
