Everything was great. Only suggestion is that I would have appreciated a rough estimate of "how long will this take" upon arrival (for personal planning purposes.).

In October I bought a new Toyota. The first 25,000 miles have free service. I will be back to Jim's clinic. Service there is great. Someone always drove me to Curves and picked me up. Thanks.

Transmission flush good. Power steering flush did not help. I could have saved the money on the power steering flush. Power steering pump still whining.

You guys are really great at putting up with my "off-kilter" humor! I do appreciate the fact that you do have my safety at heart, no matter how bizarre I may act whenever I bring my car in for service.

Customer for years and have always been very satisfied with the quality of the work, the professionalism of the mechanics, the explanation of what was done and future needs and the friendliness of the office staff. Keep it up!!

The excellent service that I receive is only part of the reason that I continue to take my car to Jim's. The other reason as that everyone makes you feel like you're family when you are there. It's like going home to spend time with relatives. I have recommended Jim's to family and friends and will continue to do so. I love them.
