Customers today rightly expect a company to do a good job when they go to a company for service. This expectation is sometimes not met, leaving a customer disappointed. On the other hand, my recent experience with Jim's Auto Clinic could not have been better. I had the pleasure of working with John, and he went the extra mile in providing "excellent", quality, skill and workmanship to restore my 1995 Lexus to almost "like new" condition. Thanks John, and anyone else who was involved with working on my car.

Great honest group of mechanics. Even drops you or your car off, and have a free rental if needed. Been using them for about 10 years now.

My windshield was filthy when the tech gave me my gar. When testing the blades [I assume], he left a mess, so much that I had to stop at the gas station to clean it before I could go to work.....first time bad experience, long time customer.
