Prompt, thorough, skilled. Always go over needed additional services but not pushy like the oil change shops. Been going there for years. Great service!
Only comment is I supplied my own Oil & Filter and the Oil came in 6 quart box (single quart bottles) The CX-5 only take ~5 but I never got the 6th quart back. I didn't realize this until after I went out of town. I the past I have always gotten the extra oil back.
Although the prior service inspection did indicate to keep an eye on the rear wheel , wish that break issue would have been caught while in for the service.
Service was fine. They charged me 4X the amount that the parts really cost. I'm not too happy about that. I've never paid $25 for a spark plug. I don't agree with jacking up the price on parts 400% to make a profit when customers are paying for service.
