Cincinnati Auto Repair

My son has used Jim's for years and I decided to give them a try when they offered their "Auto Club" special, $79 for four oil changes plus other discounts (actually I got a fifth oil change 'free' for being one of the first 20 to respond to their offer). So far I am pleased with their service. In fact, when I took one of my cars in for an oil change, the oil had less than 1500 miles on it after 4 months and they suggested I could wait another 2 months because the oil look nearly new. They found a very minor oil leak which they said they would watch to see if it becomes a problem.

As always the service was 5 star all the way.

A-one service

"Honest mechanic" is NOT an oxymoron at Jim's Auto Clinic. They are skilled, trustworthy and efficient. e.g., "Your water pump is failing but it's still under warranty. Take it to the dealer for a free replacement." Very cordial support staff, too!

We are new to the area and have used Jim's twice. Both times we had very positive experiences from the ladies at the front desk to all other aspects of the service. And the service was thorough, professional and fair.

The service was exceptional as usual. I was in and out in no time. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I have been bringing in the Camry most of the time lately and have been very happy with service and prices. Phil usually comes out and talks to me after the service with feedback on what was done and why and what might be coming up. I don't feel that anyone is "talking down" at me as a woman in some other garages!We have also been bringing the Highlander to Jim's after warranty ran out at dealer (Joseph).
