I've wasted 2 or more hours at places that don't accept appts. for oil changes. At Jim's I called on Fri. a.m. and was given a 2:00 appt. My car was taken in right at 2:00 and was finished by 2:30. I was treated cordially and will definitely be back!!

Always felt like the guys and gals there were looking out for me.Enjoy 'visitin' with Mark,Janet, Sherri and John jokin with them and giving them as much grief as I can!
