I would like to say first that Phil, Mark and staff were the most professional, and honest group of people, that i have ever had the pleasure to do business with.I would highly refer anyone with car problems to go to Jims Auto Clinc. Its nice to know there are still some good hard working honest people that you can take your car problems too, who will treat you like family.I was shocked and blown away with their service.I have the most upmost respect for themas a company, in the auto business world.It was only my first encounter with them, but i know now that in the future i can take our car to a good honest business.Thank you again for all your help Jims Auto Clinic!

First time they couldn't help me, but they exhausted their resources in their efforts...they could have taken advantage of me but I am very happy they are ethical & treat people the way they would want themselves or their families treated. So I took it on a 2nd time, and the final bill was less than their original estimate, again thumbs up for their integrity!
