I am very pleased with the service and the honest & thorough explanation of the work and discoveries.

I've been taking my cars to Jims for several years and I believe they're service is is efficient, honest and timely. When a problem comes up, John is patient and explains what needs to be done and what can wait but is reccomended. Janet is friendly and knowledgable too and does a great job keeping all those men "in line" :)
