I appreciate the honesty and I trust his advise. A woman by her self is always uneasy when it comes to her car. jim is very trust worthy. H.F.
I've kept coming back for 12 years because service is highly competent & trustworthy.

Honest and reliable service. What more could you ask of a mechanic?
I can tell a big difference in performance after having the fuel injection service done. I appreciate the time they take to answer all my questions. I'd recommend them for all your foreign car needs.
Except for the fact that is was a repeat job, it would've been 5 stars.
best service in Cincinnati. Quick, reliable, reasonable
you all help me out you all do a good job on my ride.janet and sherry are very nice to me.. i love your coffee.
Everything was great. Only suggestion is that I would have appreciated a rough estimate of "how long will this take" upon arrival (for personal planning purposes.).
