They were awesome! I run a small remodeling company amd had a serious issue with my transmission. They were straight to the point and inspected everything. When they called they gave me an exact cost and had my truck back to me in 48 hours which is crucial since I rely upon it to operate my business. Definitely will use them again.

Been a customer for over 25 years (back when Jim had hair) and my experience has always been superb. So good I recently drove 6 hours just to have them fix a front end problem on my Camry. They are particularly strong at diagnostic work and pinpointing the precise problem. No guess work ... this is the way automotive service used to be decades ago! Particular appreciative of the work Mark, Neil and Janet do every day. We need a few extra stars to rate these guys right!

Drove to Cincinnati OH from Louisville to buy a used car. I searched online for a place to check the car out for potential issues. Jim's Auto Clinic had great reviews, so I decided to try them. They were wonderful! I wish they were located in Louisville so they could become my permanent auto service facility!

Great place as always, and truly in my 30 years in Cincinnati they are the HONEST mechanics in the city! Went in to get front and rear brakes, and was told the mechanic said that I had more life than they thought! $800 bill avoided for the month. Most places would just replace them and take your money. The ladies at the desk are great and the new reception area is nice. If you are on the west side of Cincinnati give this place a chance.

All the folks at Jim's Auto Clinic are super nice, friendly and most important honest. You do ask for a reliable honest mechanic and you can't go wrong with Jim's Auto Clinic. I am lucky to have them close to where I live. Try them out you will be pleased.

All is well. I was surprised by the cost, but apparently the job required more than was anticipated. I understood that the price was to be in the $200 range. It came in at $400+. My misunderstanding.

I drive across town to have my vehicles serviced by Jim's Auto Clinic. Excellent customer service is important to me and I'm willing to travel to get it. I trust the folks at Jim's to keep my car in top running condition. The prices are fair but that's not what keeps me coming back time and time again. I know that I can trust the folks at Jim's and I can rely on any vehicle they service. I know that if I have my car serviced and cared for by Jim's it will carry me all over the city without issues. I also trust that they won't sell me anything I don't need. Reliable service, good prices and friendly staff keep me coming back!
