I drive across town to have my vehicles serviced by Jim's Auto Clinic. Excellent customer service is important to me and I'm willing to travel to get it. I trust the folks at Jim's to keep my car in top running condition. The prices are fair but that's not what keeps me coming back time and time again. I know that I can trust the folks at Jim's and I can rely on any vehicle they service. I know that if I have my car serviced and cared for by Jim's it will carry me all over the city without issues. I also trust that they won't sell me anything I don't need. Reliable service, good prices and friendly staff keep me coming back!

Great customer service, competent, thorough, and honest. Offer a free loaner car and customer loyalty program discounts. Not the cheapest garage in the area, but less expensive than the dealer. All in all, a very solid value.
