Once again, Jim's Auto Clinic has taken good care of us. We always get a detail explanation of what's wrong with the car and what can be done to fix it. But like someone mention earlier you never feel pressured. Thanks again Phil!!

Finding a new auto mechanic is always a bit stressful, but Jim's Auto Clinic was the best decision I could have made! Phil and Jeff did an amazing job, kept open communication, and were super friendly. They were very informative, but never pressured me into services. When parts were difficult to find, Phil checked with several shops and gave me alternative, cheaper ways to find parts. Extremely satisfied!

Jim's Auto Clinic has earned my trust. They have proven to me that they will not make a repair just because they can make money. They recommended against me spending several thousand dollars on repairs for a car that just wasn't worth it. Although it cost them money in the short term, it won them a customer for life.

I recently had a great deal of work done on my 8.5-year old Subaru. Their new online reports made the need for the work clear and necessary. I appreciate all that Jim's Auto is doing to help me make informed decisions about my vehicle.

I really really want to thank Jim's Auto Clinic for the work done on the Mazda. The car has not run smoothly for some time despite other shops in New York diagnosing different possibilities. My daughter has the car up there where she lives. When she came home for the holidays, I took it Jim's and they diagnosed the worn out engine mounts. Problem solved!!! Can't thank you guys enough!
