I am very happy with the service we receive at Jim's. During our most recent service for an oil change, Phil called and asked if I had had trouble starting the car - I did not know because my daughter drives it and she had not mentioned any problems - and he asked if I would like them to check the spark plugs. I agreed and they found a problem and fixed it. My daughter picked up the car and drove it home and came in the door and said "Wow! The car doesn't shake when I wait at a traffic light anymore." !! Great job keeping that car going for her!

Why is service of any kind over 100 bucks more than competitors in the area on average? Are you going to sprinkle my car with pixie dust that helps me avoid accidents, or do you just assume I am too stupid to figure out that you are price gouging? Pass.
