My Camry needed an alternator - John told me to bring it in, he'd look at it, but couldn't work on it that day (Friday) because he was completely booked. When I took my car in, he said he was going to put the new part in that day since he didn't want to see me driving the car over the weekend. I was so grateful and really appreciated how nice John was to me. I did call him to tell him personally.
