Great Service. Phil makes it very easy to drop the car off and get a ride to and from my office.

On roadtrip AZ to Maine and back, stopped in Cincy to visit family, A/C cut out on the hottest day yet. Dropped it at Jim's, John had it fixed the same day for a very reasonable price - good prompt phone communications with him - friendly service from the front desk girls too - and continued on my way nice and cool!

I will be taking my car to Jim's auto clinic from here on out. They are very nice and honest .I felt that they really cared about my car and gave me great advice.

Car check-up. Everything OK now. I was scolded for a lapse in oil changes and was informed of the importance of keeping on top of this, which was good. Thank-you for maintaining a paid off auto!

I am excited to have Jim's Auto Clinic so close to home and that they specialize in Subaru and other makes of cars. The service people are friendly and honest. It is also a plus that they have free loaner cars. Thank you so much. Hopefully I won't need service anytime soon, but if I do, Jim's is the place I will call.
