I have been patronizing Jim's for the last 4-5 year's and been absolutely blown away by their commitment to quality repairs and customer satisfaction. Everytime I've had a vehicle serviced the diagnosis has been thoroughly explained, services needed been proritized then fulfilled as promised with a warranted guarantee of satisfaction. Cost has generally been comparable or less than the competition, and on more than one occasion has done a service that I expected to be charged for (and would have at other places I've frequented) at no additional charge. Will always be my first choice for foreign car service (their specialty), and will recommend them to anyone in need of repair service. Don't generally give max ratings, but they've earned it!

Quick, polite, and very helpful. We will definitely be going back in the future.

I wanted my car checked & made sure it was road ready. I'm in my 80s & planning a road trip. I don't take safety lightly & I came away confident that my needs were met. Fluid levels checked & filled, car assessed & made right. I was updated to needs ,& cost along the way. Satisfies, & will return.

I can't speak highly enough of how I was treated at jims. I had a bad oil leak and was losing coolant and took it to bear care down the street and they charged me 60 dollars to "clean and degrease" it to try and see where the leak was coming from, and couldn't say. All they told me was rear differential was leaking and they don't do that. Jims got me in and checked out every issue I mentioned having, topped off all my fluids FOR FREE until we could get appointment set. It turns out I had a cracked transfer case that was jb welded among other serious rig jobs done to my truck. Brian at jims diagnosed every issue for free. I had previously taken it to bear care for other maintenance including full inspection and bear care never saw or reported any of the serious issues I had (2200 dollars worth) Brian got me together and even said somethings like the valve cover gasket were slightly leaking but he wouldn't change them in that condition on his own vehicle so he didn't push me to do it with them. Took very good care of me and I will be back for my future needs

The service was professional, prompt and courteous! However I'm getting concerned about the value. AND I'm a little disappointed that there is no way to know the mileage of the engine that was put into my 2015 Toyota Sienna. I'm transferring the ownership of the Sienna to my son and I have to tell him that the actual mileage on the odometer is minus 10 to 30K.

Tried many different mechanics over the years for our cars but never felt like we were getting the right information or the best service. Knew about Jim's Auto Clinic for many years but decided it was time to give them a chance with our Honda and Toyotas. Service was thorough and Phil was up front on everything they found and timelines to complete the work for our safety and budget. Will never go anyone else now that I have found this group of high quality mechanics. Thank you for taking care of us.

I love Jim's! My car has been through a lot and I'm always taken care of. I don't care for the "Karen" at the desk who takes my calls and treats me like I'm never right. It's quite unprofessional. Sometimes I'd just like a smile when I walk in. But the technicians are always fantastic!!

I've been taking my Subaru here for years. It's the only auto repair business I've ever fully trusted. They will do a complete maintenance check of your car at every oil change and tell you exactly what you need and even better, what you don't need. They don't try to sell you anything and put no pressure on you at all. They give you the data and their recommendations and let you decide what to do. They've saved me a lot of money over the years because they'll be upfront about whether something needs to be replaced based on its actual condition and not just based on year of vehicle or manufacturer guidelines. I highly recommend Jim's Auto Clinic.
