Fantastic car shop. Had my Lexus serviced here and they were much cheaper than the Lexus dealer and don't seem like the types to gouge their customers. They have a lifelong customer in me now.

I am writing this review because I am so impressed by the fair and honest business practice provided by Brian, at Jim’s Auto Clinic. My 2007 PT Cruise has an intermittent clunking noise in the right front area when going over certain bumps. I have replaced some suspected parts including the struts. Brian diagnosed the problem in the strut bearings and determined that it wasn’t necessary to replace the struts since they are fairly new and otherwise in good condition. He advised me to not worry about it since there are no safety concerns, and replacing them was not worth the expense at this time. Thank you for easing my mind and saving a lot of money. Bill B

They're amazing Brian usually works on my Lexus they make sure they get me in as soon as possible and explains everything that needs to be done and how long it will take I recommend them totally and Mark is amazing as well

I have been patronizing Jim's for the last 4-5 year's and been absolutely blown away by their commitment to quality repairs and customer satisfaction. Everytime I've had a vehicle serviced the diagnosis has been thoroughly explained, services needed been proritized then fulfilled as promised with a warranted guarantee of satisfaction. Cost has generally been comparable or less than the competition, and on more than one occasion has done a service that I expected to be charged for (and would have at other places I've frequented) at no additional charge. Will always be my first choice for foreign car service (their specialty), and will recommend them to anyone in need of repair service. Don't generally give max ratings, but they've earned it!

I wanted my car checked & made sure it was road ready. I'm in my 80s & planning a road trip. I don't take safety lightly & I came away confident that my needs were met. Fluid levels checked & filled, car assessed & made right. I was updated to needs ,& cost along the way. Satisfies, & will return.
