Diagnosed problem that was too expensive for me to fix and gave me other options instead of making it seem like I had to do it. The owner also gave me a ride home when i dropped it off!

Check engine light was intermittently on and off, finally stayed on. My OBD II would not register so I checked into Jim"s. Some dirt was found blocking a proper sensor reading and was removed. Just took car after service on a 700 mile trip and it is still working fine.

All workers are friendly and knowledgeable. Can call and get an appointment when needed. Also if needed, you can stop in for a problem and they are generally able to help then. Nice shop.
