My 2000 Toyota's my pride and joy but it needed some big work. (Cat. Conv./Trans/TimeBelt/Fr-Breaks) Caught Jim's AC at a busy time but they went over every detail w/me on the phone for near an hour covering all questions and concerns. They were friendly and more important pros. I've found my Cincinnati garage for all future work or questions. Great work at a fair price. (joined the Car Care Club but haven't yet put that sale to the test. Still, if I get nothing out of it but the 4 oil changes the price seems right)
