This has been my consistent experience.

I did not have any service on my car done, I only purchased the oil change package, but I found the office to be very helpful in explaining how it works.

I do a lot service myself but when the job is too much I only trust Jim's Auto Clinic. I know it will be completed correctly the first time and on time.

Your customer service is excellent -- the loaner car is a terrific thing. But after two lengthy visits to the shop and more than $2,500 in repairs, I'm not certain the fluid leak we originally took it in for has been fixed. We'll get back with you after the New Years holiday. Happy New Year!

i love this place.i go there for every thing i need done on my car the ladys up front are very nice all the time they offer me something to drink mark is so nice and friendly when i go there they know my name and there good on working on cars thank you for everything u have done hope this year is a good one for u see u soon from Debby
