If you are looking for a friendly, accommodating and attentive staff, not to mention EXPERT mechanics and top-notch vehicle service, look no further than Jim's Auto Clinic. I have visited Jim's with car issues on a number of occasions over the years, and they never fail to satisfy and impress. From Janet in the reception area to Phil and John in the service department (the main folks I have interacted with at Jim's), these guys are the BEST. Just the other day I had a very pressing vehicle maintenance need, and the folks at Jim's were not only able to fit me into their hectic schedule on the same day, but had me in and out of there much faster than I ever expected. And from my experience with Jim's over time, this is most often "the rule rather than the exception" there. No, I'm not being paid to write this review...LOL. It's just that with all of the not-so-stellar experiences I've had over the years with car dealerships and service centers, it's SO refreshing to deal with an auto service center that truly cares about its customers, is conscious about their budgets and is willing to work with them in that regard, and performs auto repairs and service in a very efficient and timely manner. That would be Jim's!
