Jim's did a great job and handled my issue very well. They looked into my issued and gave me a quote for about $600. However, they called me later letting me know they checked and that my car was still under warranty and I could get it fixed for free. Was great to know they truly take care of and have the best interest of their customers.

The personnel I have had contact have all been friendly and the result of their work is a good indication they know exactly what they are doing.

We have had both of our vehicles serviced at Jim's Auto Clinic since 2013 and would never go anywhere else. The Car Care Club Card is definitely worth the investment. Also, great to actually speak with the manager regarding what's required and what's not on any particular service issues.

i've been using Jims exclusively for over 15 years now and have owned older cars and they have always been more than fair sometimes even generous in the maintainence and repair of all my vehicles. I can without hesitation say to everyone I know that Jims will treat you like family !!!
