Dropped my van off on a Thursday and didn't receive a call about it. Called Friday evening after still not hearing anything and they claimed they couldn't get ahold of me. I even had a second phone number that was on the side of my vehicle. They told me it wouldn't be ready for me until Monday. It was a belt replacement. After having my car for two days and not calling me, I had to wait until Monday evening to come get it. But still didn't receive a call! I called around 5 on Monday (today) and asked why no one had called me still, and the woman told me she didn't know why but that my van was ready. Why would a place need to keep my vehicle for 5 days for a belt replacement and why would no one, not one employee, think to call me when it's done? Especially after I expressed anger about not being called previously? Also tried to get me to have unnecessary work done. They said I had a leak that I know I do not have. I requested to have something done and they tried to have me get a service done that was over $1000, a "rack and pinion" replacement. And she didn't even explain to me what a "rack and pinion" is. Trying to capitalize on me not knowing what something is. And then not calling me. Thanks, will not be back. Left a two star review instead of a one star because my vehicle was returned with the work I needed done and the man ringing me out was super nice and respectful and he deserves to be recognized.
