As always J-A-C did not fail to deliver on customer/vehicle service. From the reception when you enter to the detailed explanation at the end of your visit this is a top notch and I truly believe honest vehicle service center, that I feel confident when sharing my experience here with other's that I'm not the only one receiving this level of care. Will not be taking my vehicles to any one other than Jim's Auto Clinic.

Excellent service

I have taken my car to more than one shop in Cincy and Jim's is by far the superior place for reputable, honest, on time work. Some of the time, the other guy might beat the price by a few bucks, but that doesn't mean that they are worth the risk! Trust me! Other times, Jim's price is far superior. I haven't found any competitor to get the job done as well as Jim's. (so far!) As a woman that has bought and driven many different styles of vehicle, I trust this place to have the proper equipment to diagnose whatever ails my car. I have even called to ask questions concerning my engine and have gotten swift answers that could have cost me a fortune if I had not called there first. I have been towed there as well and didn't get gouged for being caught on the side of the road. I highly recommend this place. I don't do that lightly either!

Jim?s Auto Clinic has always been a 5 Star Servicefor us! The staff are always very kind and explain every thing about what is needed to be either repaired or replaced. Most of all they will let you know if the repair is needed right now or can wait. They will always give you an estimate before they do repair, that is very important! I recommend Jim?s to everyone for accurate service on their vehicles!
