They don’t even deserve one star. They left out my gas senor after replacing my fuel pump. And gave me the run around to fix it. And when they actually got my car to fix the sensor. Lied about it being fixed and said it wasn’t any gas in the car and the needle wouldn’t move. Rushing to the gas station only to find out the tank was on half because it only took less than 6 gallons of gas

K. Smith. This is Mark the owner. I am so sorry this happened to you. No one lied to you about the gas level. We were gathering information to diagnose problem. I hope that your fuel pump is running well and gauge is acting properly. This sounds like poor communication on our end. I apologize for your negative experience and offer you a $50.00 credit towards future repairs, if you would consider giving us another chance to earn your trust. Again. I am sorry and hope that you would consider giving a chance to see us again, because so many people trust us - BECAUSE! This is SO RARE to happen!

I am new to Jim's (although my vehicle is not, ha). My van is very old, and had been running rough, so I was worried I'd have to get rid of it. Jim's folks did their thing, and now it is running so smoothly, it feels like a completely different vehicle! Everyone at Jim's is courteous and polite, and they don't try to "strong-arm" you into repairs (like the dealerships do). Yay!

Jim's Auto clinic always gives excellent customer service! They are fairly priced and do great work. They've helped keep our older Toyota running like new. No work is ever done without the client's authorization and the mechanics explain every detail so we don't ever feel like we're wasting our money. We really appreciate all the time they take to make sure all repairs are valuable repairs.

I've been going to Jim's Auto Clinic since 1996 and could not be more pleased with the service I've always received. Everyone is helpful and friendly. And as a single woman, it's extremely important to be able to trust the people you let service your car. I will never take my car anywhere else.
