I've been going to Jim's auto clinic for about 2yrs now and i wouldn't trust my Lexus to anyone else. They are professional, friendly and through in their work.

We have had several cars serviced here over many years and we are always confident of competent work and fair prices. We usually buy new and go to Jim's to save a ton of money on service for our vehicles.

I have a 23 yr old foreign suv. Jim’s Auto Clinic is always able to fix any issue right the first time and keep my cool old suv running like its new and the customer service is awesome.

The people at Jim’s are more than exceptional. After years of using them we moved away, but after getting a high quote from a local repair place I still called them for what I knew would be an honest assessment over the phone. Phil is always super at explaining things and I know they are 100% honest. Shirley and Janet know their customers voices over the phone and care about each person they work with. I would drive 3 hours back to Cincinnati to get any work done on my car!

Ive taken my car to them 3 times now for the same problem! The first time they fixed it, it was $1300! The 2nd time the part “was bad” so they replaced it and that didnt last long. Same noise, so we took it back AGAIN, and now they say its something else and wont fix that unless we pay ANOTHER $300. NOPE! I cant afford to pay for the same thing to be fixed over and over that should have been fixed the 1st time around. So now I am having to drive my car around with a faulty part that they wont fix again unless we pay more! I have 2 children that ride in that car daily so thats not a good feeling. Im not sure how those people can sleep at night knowing they wont fix a car that they should have fixed the 1st time around. I would not recommend them to anyone!
