Been a customer for over 25 years (back when Jim had hair) and my experience has always been superb. So good I recently drove 6 hours just to have them fix a front end problem on my Camry. They are particularly strong at diagnostic work and pinpointing the precise problem. No guess work ... this is the way automotive service used to be decades ago!
