Jim's did a wonderful job once again! Was having car trouble over the weekend a few weeks ago, and was concerned about missing a few hours of work on that Monday morning (not a good way to start the week for me!). BUT, the fine folks at Jim's took my car in first thing, and had me in a loaner within about 10 minutes(!!)...and I was able to make it to work FAR earlier than I expected! AND, I got my car back that same day right after work. Things couldn't have gone smoother...and I'm VERY grateful for that!! A HUGE pat on the back for the good folks at Jim's!!!!
