Repairs are good, but the dianostic are expensive to find out about what's affecting the car. They will give you a car until yours are fixed, they are dirty on the inside and very old cars.

Called ahead to see if they had the part to fix my car, they said they had it and it would take a couple hours to fix it. Dropped my car off the next day, not only did it take almost eight hours for a diagnosis, but they didn’t even have the part. Finally they got it fixed and tried to charge me $150 more than I was quoted and for all that my car runs worse. Their service is awful and frankly untrustworthy.

Great staff, nice, professional, kind. Loaner car available. Parking lot a little small, so be careful. Apparently they've been around for awhile 😁 They loured me in with coupons! I'm glad I responded to them, THEY ARE GREAT 😃👍

I have been a loyal customer for 15 years. I purchased a new (to me) vehicle and took it to Jim’s for evaluation.
