Great customer service. I won’t take my car anywhere else.

This shop IS NOT to be trusted at all! My girlfriend went to have her vehicle, an Infiniti, looked at and after the $175 diagnostic test they came back stating the issue was a bad starter. We expected to spend 5 or 6 hundred to have the starter replaced but Jerry told her it would cost a whopping $1374 lol. That sounded astronomical so we decided to call another shop close in proximity who had great reviews and guess how much this shop charged us.... only $337 and had it done the same day only two hours later. Shop around before you get any work done at Jim's Auto Clinic, it could save you a lot of money.

Buyer beware! Estimated a part $1000 which can be bought on Amazon for $120, and labor of $500 which would take under an hour.

Good service. Even though they had to recommend me to the dealer. The wait time to check my car was about 2-3 weeks due to my extreme issue. so you might need a backup car.

I was swindled at this shop. Went in for an electrical issue but was pushed an entirely different maintenance package I never asked for. When I reluctantly agreed because Curt was so pushy, they messed up the maintenance that was done. I got the car back and the alignment was so out of whack that the tech’s couldn’t even figure out how to fix it when I kept bringing it back in. Eventually I took my car to an authorized dealership to diagnose the issue. The dealership found that Jim’s shop left all the parts loose that were installed in my vehicle and that is was a miracle I hadn’t gotten in an accident. Now I am out several thousand dollars AND my vehicle still rides worse than when I bought it. I wish I had never taken it to them in the first place.
