Jim’s was one of the only places I could find who had the capability to run diagnostics on my car when the airbag light came on. The dealer was booked 2 months out, but Jim’s got me in within 24 hours. Thankfully, it wasn’t the airbag, but they figured out the problem and got the work done as soon as they got the part. Curt was very friendly, kept me well-informed the whole time, and did an excellent job. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about them. Trustworthy mechanic! They fix what’s needed and don’t try to shark you for things you don’t need to fix. And of course, the free loner car is a huge plus when you have to keep going!

Deleted a review done last month because of Mike. He really stepped up to the plate and after the horrible experience I had prior, May of found a place to take my car. Professional, kind and communication is 100% better than the fist go round. Still sticking with one star for that experience however, Mike has restored my faith that there are good people out there. My 2008 corolla had one of those strange noises that was difficult to diagnose. Mike was first able to pinpoint the area. Carl pursued the puzzling problem and found necessary fixes which have not caused a problem since. I appreciate all the time ,effort, dedication put in to keep my car on the road in good shape and in safety. I have been a customer since 1980s and plan to continue.

Guys were absolutely great. Kirk is amazing and so is Jesse. They checked two used cars for me and let me know what was really going on under the hood before i purchased them. To top it off, they did it all free of charge!! Allowed me to find a really good vehicle with very minimal issues to purchase! Got the dealership to agree to replace the issues and got a beautiful car to last me 8-10 years. I recommend these guys to everyone! Thank you very much Kirk!
