High prices, service was just ok

Amazing place! My ac broke on my way to Cincinnati from Georgia, same day they were able to diagnose, and would have been able to next day repair, but a part was on back order. They also fixed a few other issues and they were overall amazing. Thank you!

We have been coming to Jim’s Auto Clinic for about 1 year now after being fed up with the poor service and quality of repairs at one of the local Honda dealerships. Having known about Jim’s Auto for many decades, it was worth trying to see if they would be able to take care of us and our Honda Odyssey. They have done a great job every time and we feel more confident in the repairs that are done on our vehicle. The prices are reasonable and the transparency of what is truly critical is there. I would highly recommend choosing Jim’s Auto Clinic for servicing your vehicle!

I brought my Jeep here a few days ago, for what I thought was just my shocks needing replaced. I'm so thankful they recommend diagnostics testing ( it is very thorough, detailed and time consuming I'm sure for these men who stay busy and have their hands full taking care of their customers ) Much to my surprise it was in greater disarray than I knew! I don't think I could thank them enough for taking the time to talk to me (multiple times) to explain everything and help me understand what was going on so that it made sense to me. This is a wonderful company with great people working there! I would definitely highly recommend! Thank you for everything ❣️

Jim's Auto Clinic Services are Outstanding!! The Customer Service Representative's Janet & Linda are very Friendly. Phil and his team makes sure your repairs are completed, provides complete details on what others repairs are needed. The consistency is Excellent. I’ve been to many Auto Shops before & nothing compares to Jim’s Auto Clinic. Explained what happened to my car and the manager instantly knew what I was talking about. They searched for the most affordable solution to my vehicle rather than break my wallet. I’m Satisfied that I know where to go when I need help.
