We have gone to Jim's Auto Clinic for over 10 years. Every visit we have had, whether a simple oil change, or as complicated a blown head gasket, they have treated us well and done excellent work! They are happy to explain your issues fully, even to someone who is not into cars. I've never felt talked down to, or left wondering if I'd gotten my money's worth. Everyone is very friendly, and always ready to help.

These folks are great. They did a wonderful job on my car (Honda CR-V) today. Quality work at a reasonable price. They also are highly involved in the community with fundraisers, e.g. Wounded Warriors and Breast Cancer awareness. They deserve our business.

Did the job fast

Absolutely wonderful customer service. I have a 2004 Jaguar XJ8 that sat for almost two years without running. This car had been to at least 3 different shops for service, nobody could get this thing started. Spoke with Phil and in less than 3 weeks time he knew exactly what was wrong and had it fixed. I recommend Jim's Auto Clinic for any vehicle repairs you may have. Definitely my new repair shop for the Jaguar! She's running better than ever before!

Had to take my car in for some work during this COVID-19 life interruption. Glad to see this small business was able to keep working in spite of it all. I trust their service more than I ever did the Nissan dealer. I feel they are honest with their recommendations and a better value. They also had a seamless system worked out that my drop off, pick up, and payment could be done with interacting with any employee, safeguarding them and myself. Hopefully that will be different the next time I need service as I did find the staff there to be very personable and missed that interaction.

During COVID19 I greatly appreciated having them come and pick up our car. Their service has always been honest and outstanding. The staff truly cares about their quality of work. I highly recommend Jim’s Auto Clinic.

Honest and they weren't out to gouge me for every penny they could get out of me. This is the 3rd shop I've taken my car to and will be the only one I ever take my car to from now on. Do not taky your car to 5 star Auto Care they are crooks. Period. Do not take your car to Western hills Auto Care (I believe that's what the place is called right by the Starbucks on Glenway across from Chipotle and Panera bread/Best Buy.
