Cincinnati Auto Repair

I have used Jim's Auto service for years. I moved from Cincinnati for several years and almost every time, I would visit the area, I would try to get in a quick oil change as I passed through town. I love that they are community minded company. Supporting local charity's. So I am glad to be living in Cincinnati again, and having Jim's take care of my car again!

I've always liked and trusted Jim's Auto, but this past visit was a prayer answered. With my 'check-engine' light on for about a month I was afraid it was going to be an expensive repair. I was so pleased with the staff and their expertise and service. From the secretaries to the techs - it was professional and above expectations, and it turned out to be an inexpensive fix. Thank you for all you do for your customers.
