Great service!! Been using Jims for years with great success. Phil is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions.

A couple of my family members use Jim's, but this was my first time taking my car in. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, kind, patient, and professional. They made practical recommendations that helped me save money, and charged me less when they weren't able to complete a portion of the maintenance to their satisfaction. I was impressed, and I look forward to taking my vehicle there in the future.

, the only problem that I've seen is that my speedometer no longer if empty above where my speedometer tell me in big letters how fast I'm going and it's blank right above where the gas level tank is in the car says how much gas and I'm wondering where there's a place to get that back or what where it went so if someone call me and let me know

I have used Jim's auto clinic for several cars in the past of a span of 10 plus years or so. On this visit I asked them to perform a complete inspection mechanically, change the engine oil to Toyota specs, rotate tires and advise of any needed maintenance items. When the initial work was done I was called and without any pressure to do anything I was advised all the fluids should be changed to keep the car operating as it should. After being advised of the total cost for all the work I agreed. JAC still completed the additional work on the same day. My car is now running very well. I am glad I listened to their advice, JAC is a very good team from the office to the shop. The workmanship and friendliness makes doing business with them very easy. I may keep my car longer than I planned knowing they are available to do such good work.
