Jim's Auto Clinic keeps my 24 year old Honda Accord running like a dream. In addition to addressing any problems she has, they take the extra time to inspect whether she has any potential problems.

I really didn't think that there were any businesses that wasn't driven by greed anymore... I'm happy to report that Jim's auto clinic proved that there are businesses out there that care about their customers. This was my 1st time taking my car to Jim's, as I live in Kentucky, but I can guarantee that it won't be my last! They have a new loyal customer... No matter how far I have to drive. They took care of me, way beyond my expectations.

Let me start by saying Jim's Auto Clinic is the best auto repair shop in all of Cincinnati. I recently took my car to Jim's with a problem that another local shop couldn't find or fix. I took the car to this other shop twice and was told the problem was fixed. I'm not saying this other shop did anything wrong. They did do the work that they quoted me, but the problem was still there, and it just seemed like they wanted me not to come back? So wanting a second opinion, I called Jim's Auto Clinic. I was met with a very professional staff, a free to use loaner car, fair pricing, and a warranty for the repairs. So long story short, Jim's mechanic found and fixed my problem and my car is back to normal. I will never use anyone else for my automotive needs. Thanks to everyone at Jim's.

I wish they would put everything back like I had it when I got there. For example radio back on radio. Your board on your speed , not left on oil life. Before I leave I always have to get the young man that works on my car to change everything back for me. Otherwise this is a great place to go to they do a wonderful job.

Currently, we have 3 vehicles serviced at Jim's. We have been customers for almost 20 years. HONESTY is the main reason. It is more of a partnership than a customers/vendor relationship. Janet and Sherry are organized and always polite and friendly. Phil gives us the straight scoop on any issues. Providing a loaner car when available is another driving factor. They help make performing maintenance on our cars as convenient and as least painful as it can be. Keep up the great work!!!

I have had 3 cars serviced at Jim's Auto Clinic and I have always valued their sense of professionalism and quality of the work that they do. They have taken the time to explain my car's condition and recommendations. I feel that I leave there with better knowledge about my car.
