We've been taking our cars here for the past 4 years and we've had so many positive experiences. I especially appreciate this as a woman. I've been to other mechanics who wouldn't take me seriously or would try to rip me off. But at Jim's they never try to convince me to make unnecessary repairs, they explain the work they've done and give reasonable suggestions of when future repairs might be needed, and they never overcharge. The whole team at Jim's is awesome. We recommend them to all our friends. Once they fixed something and then we realized that it wasn't the cause for the problem so they gave us a full refund! Just incredible! Who does that?

Brought our car after a friend's recommendation for an ongoing issue multiple other mechanics couldn't work out...they sorted out the (horrifying) mistakes the other places had made within a day. They have a big, clean, bright office with friendly, family-style staff, but they are fully accredited so you know they know what they're doing!! Thank you so much!
