Excellent service and all staff was pleasant.

I've had good experiences here in the past, but not this time. My Hyundai Vera Cruz was having issues with ignition/turning the key, which started working when I dropped it off (of course). Decided to leave anyway to have the issue addressed, as they said they weren't too busy. Five days later, I still hasn't heard back. Called today to learn that another problem had emerged, and the original wasn't remedied. Things happen, especially with auto electronics, but very disappointed with the communication and time it took.

Took equinox in for brakes and exhaust work, ended up needing new manifold and timing work done, still had check engine light on when got back and stalled out next day, Jim's promptly offer loaner car and told to bring back in, by 5pm. Next day issue was resolved, intake issue? No additional charge. Car runs amazing again, brakes are solid as new. Thanks again Phil. Andrew H

Just Overall Grade A+ satisfaction 10/10. From the Beginning starting With the Phone Call I was Instantly Calmed with the person not seeming to just Rush me off the phone but actually listening and giving me feedback with honest options. Besides the free estimation just how Quick it came which was under 24 hours not to say that’s always the case, have to be patient with businesses I will admit it is a level understanding you have to have. Period it’s that level of comfort they made me feel with trusting them to handle my car problems as if they were their own and not take care of things as business aka money. MADE ME FEEL LIKE FAMILY WITH The “Common” Courtesy. So Got My Car back in less that two days with it being a minor problem might I add but the price was more than generous. I WILL BE BACK TO THESE GUYS AGAIN

My first experience with Jim's Auto Clinic and I see how customers are comfortable with this organization. I felt they cared for the customer. I would recommend them to my friends and relatives.
